African Overseas Union shall establish a community center for children to provide the following services:

1. Establish after school and holiday programs to engage children in interactive activities in an effort to foster peaceful co-existence among their peers and a study hall for continuing education;

2. Organize seminars to educate children on family values and respect for elders;

3. Organize workshops and a film and book library to provide information about the history and culture of the African diaspora. We will also provide hands-on experience with African arts and crafts.

4. Organize field trips to further children's education and provide an opportunity for first-hand experience.

5. Counseling of children from broken homes and on drug related problems.
