IRAQ NOTEBOOK Lee Loe, Editor, Tel/Fax: (713)524-2857

Iraq Notebook is a response to the lack of media coverage of critical events and facts on Iraq, and deceptive uses of misinformation, unexamined data, and omission in reporting to the American public on this important subject. Iraq Notebook is published to promote genuine debate on issues of U.S. policy in Iraq based on an informed citizenry. These are life and death issues, for both the Iraqi population and U.S. military personnel, that bring to question the U.S. role in the world community.
Information herein was gleaned from the writings of people of compassion -- a global network of activists who put the fundamental good and welfare of all human beings before political, economic, or strategic "national interests"; from direct observations and inquiry by visitors to Iraq; and from pertinent documents and news reports worldwide.

The Iraq Notebook is available in print, including 1999 updates and supplements.
