In conjunction with the Houston Downtown Street Festival,
May 2-3 at Old Market Square downtown, the Citizens Clean Air
Project is celebrating Clean Air Day, including a billboard art contest.
Artists of all ages are invited to produce works of art promoting clean
air in this area-wide contest.

Three categories: Children's ($250 prize), Professional ($500), Amateur (TBA)
Entries limited to 3 per person, must include category, name, address, telephone
Artwork must be proportional to a billboard
Minimum size: 10 x 14-2/3 (or larger, such as 15 x 22)
May be submitted as color slides, color photo, or color photocopy
Mail in by April 24 to: Clean Air Project, Houston Sierra Club, P.O. Box 3021, Houston, TX 77253
Include self-addressed stamped envelope for entries to be returned.
All entries will be featured at the Houston
Downtown Street Festival, where free booth space is available for all nonprofits
at this event. Later this summer, winning entries in each of the three
